Position overview:
Pebble Limited Partnership is seeking a full time certified/experienced food manager/cook for a 20-50 person site location in Iliamna, Alaska.
Duties include, but are not limited to: meal planning and preparation for breakfast-lunch-dinner.
Responsible for supervision of kitchen staff, as well as ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal standards, codes and law for food preparation and storage. Preparation and maintenance of cost and inventory control measures.
This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years professional quality food production. Also 2-3 years supervisory experience. Certified Professional Food Manager; ServSafe Certification. Previous remote site experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, be a team player, and be able to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment.
Candidate will be subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
